The Dolomit Family Resort’s kitchens are a melting pot of flavours, from rustic and hearty Alpine to light and fresh Mediterranean right through to delicious classics of international cuisine.
The chefs in both restaurants are of the same mindset and are firm in their conviction that only fresh, high-quality ingredients and products will find their way into the Alpenhof and Garberhof kitchens. Preferably direct from our own farm or from the local region. And where would we be without passion and a love for detail? Half baked! This is why our kitchen team are very passionate and have an immense love for cooking. A culinary delight that you can taste in every bite.

It goes without saying that we are considerate of guests who have particular dietary preferences or intolerances. We can serve adapted meals for those with allergies and use gluten-free products from Dr. Schär.
As even our smallest guests are foodies and true connoisseurs, we think it is important that our baby food is freshly prepared and that there is a healthy balance when creating our children’s menu.

The delicacies created at the Alpenhof and Garberhof are served with a huge salad and cheese buffet in the rustic, cosy and stylish atmosphere of the Alpenhof’s historic snugs and in the Garberhof’s stylish setting.
