The bike trails in the Puster Valley offer a variety of tours to meet every wish and ability. The relatively flat cycle path from Niederrasen to Antholz Niedertal is particularly family-friendly. Running in part along the Antholzer Bach and past meadows, forests and cows, you can stop wherever you want. The Rasener Biotop, a protected nature reserve and a unique natural landscape, is also easily reached by bike. And if you want to do without the car, you can also cycle to the medieval city of Bruneck. With our Holiday Pass the train will bring you back free of charge!

The traffic-free, asphalted Puster Valley cycle way runs the whole valley from Mühlbach to Lienz. And, if you want, you also can return by train!

Cycling is like meditating.
While the little ones are being looked after at the Garberhof, parents who are expert mountain bikers can explore the many aspects of the Antholz Valley mountains.
Bike guides from the tourism association are on hand to help you conquer the heights of the Staller Sattel, Langegg Alm or the Klammljoch pass on your bike.

We hire bicycles free of charge, with bike seats for the little ones to come along for the ride as passengers.
Please don’t forget to bring bike helmets for you and your children!
