Arrival and departure:
Rooms may be occupied from 1:00 PM. Please, give us the opportunity to provide your room fresh and friendly to the other guest, just as you have found it, by vacating it not later than 10:00 AM

Deposit:
Your reservation is binding as soon as you have told us the number and the validity date of your credit card or transferred the deposit of EUR 200.00 per bank transfer to our account:

Payment is accepted by
Hotel bill: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners.

Pets welcome:
The daily charge is 15.00 €. Please understand that no pets are allowed in dining and wellness rooms.

Wellness deadlines: For cancellations of booked beauty treatments which have not been informed 24 hours prior to the deadline, we will assess 50% of the price.
